Doug Lazy – H.O.U.S.E. (Red Zone Mix) (Atlantic)

Hailing from WDC although based in Atlanta nowadays, Doug Lazy came to prominence in the early days of House, eventually offered a record deal with Atlantic where he would release his one and only album – ‘Doug Lazy Gettin’ Crazy’ – back in 1990. An album featuring most of his biggest classics, such as ‘Let It Roll’, ‘Let the Rhythm Pump’ and the afromentioned (remixed by David Morales), blending his Hip-Hop influences over House-driven rhythm, with production work by the likes of Disco producer Vaughan Mason.
He would also collaborate with Louie Vega and Marc Anthony on the memorable ‘Ride On The Rhythm ‘ as with George Kranz on ‘Din Da Da’…
