‘Found Love’… The end of the eighties saw the whole Europe jumpin’ on the production of Dance Music. Hence what we remember as Eurodance. Although things would be different from a country to another. From the ‘Nordik Beat’ in Sweden to the ‘Ancienne Belgique’ and the ‘New Beat’ in Belgium. Not to mention the ‘Spaghetti House’ in Italy. With the whole resulting in hits such as Technotronics ‘Pump Up The Jam’, Snap! (‘The Power’) or Black Box‘s ‘Ride On Time’ to name but a few. With ‘Found Love’ addin’ itself to the list..

Hailing from the surroundings of Rimini, Claudio Rispoli heavily contributed putting Italy on the map in terms of House Music. This with other producers such as Daniele Davoli, Mirko Limoni and Valerio Semplici (Black Box). But also Gianfranco Bortolotti (49Ers), Piero Fidelfatti and Francesco Zappala, to name but a few. With the British press introducing their work as ‘Spaghetti House’ back in the day.

Among Rispoli‘s biggest successes, the boiling ‘Found Love’ as Double Dee back in 1990. A cut obviously embedding influences from the Hip-House scene. Itself followed soon after by his production work for Jestofunk that saw him eventually collaborating with Ce Ce Rogers
