A Soul Train dancer who would briefly collaborate with Shalamar, Jermaine Stewart scored his biggest success with this uplifting safe-sex jam taken from his 1986 released ‘Frantic Romantic’ album, produced by Narada Michael Walden along with Preston Glass and featuring Jerry Hey on horns, Sammy Figueroa on percusssion and Randy Jackson on bass.
Ironically, he would die of AIDS-related liver cancer in his native Chicago at the early age of 39, some 18 years ago…
