Little Louie Vega & Marc Anthony – Ride On The Rhythm (Masters At Work Dub) (Atlantic)

The top selling Salsa artist of all time, Marc Anthony started his career as a session vocalist for Freestyle and Underground New York House acts such as The Latin Rascals, Ann-Marie and Todd Terry among others.
Taken from his 1991 released ‘When the Night Is Over’, ‘Ride On The Rhythm’ contributed establishing Louie Vega and Kenny Dope as top notched House producers, featuring backing rap vocals from Doug Lazy, Baltimore famous The Basement Boys on piano, Luis Vega, Sr. on saxophone and Todd Terry on keyboards and co-production. Ironically and despite his success, this would be Anthony‘s last foray into Freestyle/House before signing with RMM to start his career as a Salsero singer…
